This is a flier I pulled off a telephone poll in our neighborhood. I can't tell exactly what type of business this is though I have a pretty good idea.

Normal Family Featured in a Best Buy Ad... I'm Not Joking

The new Best Buy TV ad that often plays during football games is about my dad. In the ad a sales woman tells a story about a grandfather whose son and grandchildren just had moved to Africa and she tells him about how he can use a webcam to watch his them over the internet while they opened their Christmas presents. She says something about teaching people about new technology... A couple of years ago my dad bought webcams for all of us in hopes that he could watch us open Christmas presents when we lived in Africa. He went into Best Buy in Fargo and told them this story. Now it has made its way into a national advertising campaign. Where's my royalty?
